  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
  • You authorize Spin-Up.ai to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
  • Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts may include limitations such as:

  • Restricted usage quotas;
  • Reduced access to premium AI models or features;
  • Lower performance priority during high demand periods.

Spin-Up.ai reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Generate harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts;
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform security or performance;
  • Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.

6. AI Generated Content

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or content that does not reflect the views of Spin-Up.ai.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs.
  • Spin-Up.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI responses.
  • You should not rely on AI responses as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

7. Availability and Service Interruptions

Our services rely on third-party cloud and AI infrastructure providers. While we aim for high availability, interruptions may occur.

  • We may perform maintenance or upgrades periodically.
  • Service interruptions may occur due to outages, scaling issues, or provider failures.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, designs, and intellectual property belong to Spin-Up.ai or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically trigger refunds.
  • Spin-Up.ai may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

10. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • Spin-Up.ai disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous six months.
